Invitation

RFK Ikaros is happy to invite all members of National Aero Clubs affiliated to the FAI to participate in the ÖREBRO OPEN F3B, one of 2010 F3B Euro Tour contests.

Place

The event will be held at the club field, Pilängen, in Örebro, Sweden (approx. 300 km north-east of Gothenburg, 200 km west of Stockholm).

Rules

The FAI class F3B rules will be used, as well as the general Section of the Sporting Code. Local rules will be announced at the briefing.

Jury

Members of jury are not yet appointed.

Languages

Languages used will be English and Swedish.

Cafeteria

Food and beverage will be available at the cafeteria close to the antenna impound.

Garden Party

The Garden Party is included in the starting fee.

It will be possible to buy tickets to the garden party for helpers and supporters. Please inform in advance by mail.

Following frequencies are allowed in Sweden:

26.825-27.195 MHz (8 channels, nos. 87-98, 04-24)

30.270-30.320 MHz (6 channels, nos. 27-32)

30.340-30.350 MHz (2 channels, nos. 34, 35)

35.0 0 0-35.2 7 0 MHz ( 2 8 channels, nos. 6 0 -8 7 )

40.665-40.745 MHz (9 channels, nos. 50-56A)

2,400 - 2,485 GHz

Please note that, according to the rules, each competitor must be able to operate two different frequencies, at least 20 kHz apart.

Lodging

Free camping at airfield.

Camping with electricity 50 SEK for the weekend.

A limited number of people can stay in our club house. The charge will be 100 SEK for the weekend.
