RFK Ikaros is happy to invite all members of National Aero Clubs affiliated to the FAI to participate in the ÖREBRO OPEN F3B, one of 2012 F3B FAI World-Cup Competitions.

 

The event will be held at the club field, Pilängen, in Örebro, Sweden (approx. 300 km north-east of Gothenburg, 200 km west of Stockholm).

 

Description on how to find the field is available in the airfield section above.

 

The FAI class F3B rules will be used, as well as the general Section of the Sporting Code. Local rules will be announced at the briefing. Please note that each competitor need an vaild FAI license.

 

Members of the jury are Sven-Olof Carlsson (SWE) and three more not yet appointed.

 

Languages used will be English and Swedish.

 

Food and beverage will be available at the club house during a break in the middle of the days. Timetable will be anounced at the briefing.

 

The Garden Party is included in the starting fee.

It will be possible to buy tickets to the garden party for helpers and supporters. Please inform in advance by mail.

2,400 - 2,485 GHz

 

Please note that, according to the rules, each competitor must be able to operate two different frequencies, at least 20 kHz apart.

Free camping at airfield.

Camping with electricity 50 SEK per night.

A limited number of people can stay in our club house. The charge will be 50 SEK per night and person.

Entry: 50 Euro including garden party on Saturday evening.

Junior entry fee: 25 Euro or 250 SEK including garden party. Junior age limit is 18 years.
